Walked 3.68 miles last night (7/2) and 3.69 tonight.  These walks put me past Waddy, Ky and almost to Shelbyville.  I think I can smell Louisville in the distance.

Walked 3.68 miles in the morning and 4.18 miles in the evening.  This puts me on the other side of Frankfort

Walked 3.69 miles tonight.  This would put me right over the Kentucky River and right outside of Frankfort, KY.  I can smell the capitol from here.

Walked 5.08 miles in the morning in 100+ degree heat.  In my make believe walk across America, this would put me right outside the Duckers Lake Golf Course.  Maybe I'll play there one day if I ever get good enough at golf to actually play for real.  Not on a day like today though unless I'm looking to get a case of heat stroke.

Walked 4.49 miles tonight which would have taken me past Midway, KY.  I could have stopped in at the Holly Hill Inn or The Grey Goose, but they are a little too expensive for my current tastes.  Maybe next October.
